There’s a Storm Coming!

This is a game to use as a review tool or just to add variety to your class.

• Print THREE COPIES in color
• CUT OUT round ‘tokens’ so you have 2 of each.
• KEEP 2 of each of the Score Medals
  • 3 Lightning token (person picking loses all points for that one round)
  • 1 x2 token (person picking doubles points so far this round)
  • 1 Tornado token (team loses all points and resets to 0)
• Place on CLEAR CONTACT FILM (kitchen shelving liner) or LAMINATE
• CUT OUT the laminated tokens
• PLACE in a basket, bucket, offering plate, etc.
• Enjoy!

Once prepared, the idea is simple. Ask questions and the person who got the right answer gets to come up and pick a token from your bucket. Keep score and the team with the most points wins!

You need to edit the question slides as you see fit. Only you should see the slides. The class doesn’t see them (ie no projector or external monitor needed). You can even ad-lib the questions at the end of any class or to keep the kids’ attention while waiting for others to show up, etc. Mix it up and have fun!
